Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains what we hold, how to request its deletion, and what happens next.

What Data We Hold

Depending on how you have used the Arcade Prize World app, we may hold:

Tap & Collect stamps and Prize Trail progress are stored only on your own device, not on our servers. You can clear these at any time by deleting the app or clearing its data on your device.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of the data we hold about you, email us using the button below. So we can find and remove your records, please include:

  1. The email address you used in the app
  2. Your name as entered in the app
  3. The arcade / venue you used the app at (if known)
  4. A note confirming you would like your data deleted

What Happens Next

We will confirm your request and permanently delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days. This includes your prize draw entries, your contact details, and any Post & Win screenshots (including those previously shared on our own channels, where reasonably possible). We may need to verify your identity before processing the request to protect your data.
